Scars
Scars can create both a physical and an emotional burden, causing insecurity and sadness. Hypertrophic scars and keloids, whether they result from surgical intervention, burn injuries or cuts, are generated by an abnormal fibroproliferative process during scarring.
Laser treatment uses the energy of light to stimulate the production of new skin cells and thus improve the appearance of the scar, without harming the surrounding skin.
