DOUBLE CHIN
The double chin is the accumulation of adiposity in a form located under the chin and/or in the neck.
Causes that lead to its appearance:
- sudden or severe weight loss
- tissue flaccidity
- genetics
- electronic devices such as mobile phones or tablets, giving rise to “tech neck” wrinkles
Double chin usually manifests from 35-40 years old but varies according to lifestyle, nutrition and genetic predisposition.
